Doug is a serial entrepreneur who began his career as a NASA research engineer, developing advanced aerospace sensing systems. He went on to found and serve as CEO of three successful technology companies specializing in aerospace, industrial sensors, and fiber optic instrumentation. Later, he led the Cloud Office business unit at Rackspace Hosting.

Over the past 20 years, Doug has been an active mentor, board member, and investor in technology startups across scientific, industrial, medical, aerospace, and telecommunications sectors. He has guided dozens of founders through private equity raises, strategic partnerships, and successful mergers and acquisitions.

Greg began his career as an early partner at ARMS Software, where he helped build industry-leading athletics administration platforms from concept to market dominance. Over his tenure, he wore multiple hats—from engineering and product development to customer success—gaining comprehensive experience across all aspects of scaling a SaaS business. Following Teamworks’ acquisition of ARMS, he led technical initiatives and product strategy serving 6,000+ athletics programs including major universities and professional sports teams.

As President of CoGenLogic, Greg brings a decade of hands-on SaaS expertise combined with his background as a former Division I athlete and entrepreneur. He specializes in helping software companies optimize their technology stack, implement AI-driven development workflows, and scale their operations effectively. His insider experience with both successful startups and enterprise software uniquely positions him to guide companies through growth, operational improvements, and strategic transitions.
